Affiliate Program Terms of Use
Affiliate Program Terms of Use By applying to the Death to Dating Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
Enrollment. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Death to Dating reviews each application and may approve, reject, or suspend any affiliate at its sole discretion. Revenue Share. You will earn a percentage of the net revenue generated by users who sign up using your unique affiliate link. Net revenue is the amount a referred user pays to the platform for paid messages and other paid features. Your revenue share rate is set by Death to Dating and may be adjusted per affiliate. Ongoing Revenue. You continue to earn your revenue share on a referred user's paid activity for as long as your affiliate account remains active and in good standing. Inactivity. If your affiliate link receives no clicks or activity for longer than six (6) months, Death to Dating may cancel or suspend your affiliate account. Referred users acquired before cancellation remain attributed to you unless your account is terminated for cause. Prohibited Activity. You may not spam, use deceptive advertising, bid on branded keywords, create fake accounts, or incentivize signups. Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending earnings. Payouts. Earnings accrue as pending until paid out according to the program payout schedule. Death to Dating is not responsible for taxes on your earnings. Termination. Either party may terminate this arrangement at any time. Death to Dating may update these terms at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
